Delivery Policy

Normally, orders are shipped on the next business day of the receipt of the payment by Registered Airmail.

A signature may be required upon delivery. The delivery driver decides if a signature is needed, based on location, weather conditions and other factors. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

The only information written on the parcel is your address, our address and a description of the contents, for the Postal Authorities.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks (usually 15 business days).

In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of delivery. If you don't receive your package within the statet timeframe, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 business days period after that you still don't get the parcel, we’ll either reship your order or give your money back.

Delivery Cost

We do not look to make money on shipping; instead we simply pass on the costs. The delivery of one carton of cigarettes to US costs us $10.00 per carton.

The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local post office to see if they are holding the package for you.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support e-mail and we will give you return instructions.

We are not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types or faulty shipping address.
